APPLICATION PROCESS
Eligibility
1) before you start preparing your application, please read “Kvalifikacni podminky”
document on the KAA or CZS website
1) Students must be at least in the third semester of Bachelor’s level at the time of their
exchange
2) Students in all forms of study are eligible (i.e. full-time, part-time, combined, distance
students)
3) Students who have already participated in the Erasmus student mobility through any
Czech educational institution are NOT eligible
Your applications must include:
1) Cover page (please fill in the e-form available on the department web: your personal
details, choice of university – please rank your choices in order of preference and
indicate a semester; print, sign, scan, and upload this form)
2) Project statement (description of your academic goals at a partner university, 1
double-spaced page max.)
3) CV (structured, 2 pages max.)
4) List of ALL marks in the English Department (including credits, qualified exams,
exams, fails, etc.) and your overall grade point average from exams A-E only (A=1,
B=1.5, C=2, D=2,5 E=3)
Criteria for selection:
1) Project statement
2) Grade point average
3) Necessity to conduct research for BA/ MA thesis (please provide a confirmation from
your supervisor)
4) Activity in the Department (work for SAC, ESCape, etc.)
