accordance with written advice from the IEU. I authorise my employer to provide the IEU with my current address. This
authority will remain in force so long as I remain an employee of the above institution or I provide written advice of its
cancellation.

Please notify the IEU of any change of address as most mail goes to members’ home address.
It is also important for us to know if you change school or go on leave during the year.
We also send regular emails to members and need you to keep your email address up-to-date.
Members who go on unpaid leave during the year are able to remain financial till the end of the year if we are notified.
