this year. I have lived in Stratford-upon-Avon for
over 35 years.
Autumn is a beautiful time as the trees change
into some spectacular colours, God’s creation is
truly amazing.
Although I trained as a florist I have always
worked with people in the care sector. I had a
lifelong dream to become a nurse and finally
fulfilled this dream when my children left home.
As the children and students begin their studies
once again we can pray that they enjoy their work
and cope with the challenges they have to
undertake.
Once I heard about Street Pastors and the work
they do I knew this would give me the opportunity
to use my nurturing nature to give something
back to the town and community.
It was enjoyable to be part of the welcome at the
Methodist Church to over 140 students from 28
nationalities who are studying at Stratford
College.

Spoke to a couple of guys, one who was grateful
for the time we listened and helped him when he
wanted to commit suicide.
Prayer
Jeremiah 29:7 “Seek the peace and prosperity of
the city (town) where you live. Pray to the Lord
for it, because if it prospers, you too will prosper”.

Just to remind you of our Churches Together
Prayer/4th Birthday Celebration on Friday
November 20th 7-9pm at the Welcome Hall
(next to the Baptist Church). Please bring
friends and family along.
Meet the Management Team
Hello my name is Fiona; I am a
mother of two grown up
children and grandmother to 7.
I am part of the Management
Team of Street Pastors and
also the Prayer Coordinator.
I was bought up in a Christian
family. I met my husband at my local youth club
and we celebrated our 38th Wedding Anniversary






Pray for protection for our landlords and
door staff.
Pray for the Police and that they may
have wisdom in their work
Pray for the Council and Councilors that
they may make wise decisions for the
good of our town
Pay for those who are homeless that
they may receive the help they need
Pray for those who want to be free of
addictions
Pay for all the churches in Stratford and
the surrounding villages that they will
work together
Please continue to pray for more people
to join us as Street Pastors so our
valuable work can continue
