Extraction Systems
of the following parameters:
1. The minimum performance: 7000 m3/h, 242 m2.
2. Top mounted 11KW Fan
3. HEPA Filter
4. Pressure controlled VLT
5. Dust Controlled Compressed Air Cleaning System
6. 2 each 90L Drums for Dust Collection

A tender will be valid only with the filled tender form attached!
Tenders shall be valid until 30.11.2015.

Price calculation method:
The purchase price shall include the unit price of the equipment, which is its net price, VAT and the gross
price.
Time limit for submission of tenders:
Tender submission period shall begin on 29.09.2015
and end on 05.10.2015.
Tenders shall be considered on 06.10.2015.
Planned dated of the contract completion:
The contract shall be completed by 20.11.2015.
Place of delivery:

In the event of failure to deliver the equipment by 20.11.2015, the Supplier shall pay contractual damages
of 30% of the net contract value.
Tender evaluation criteria:


The criterion of the lowest price shall apply when selecting the most favourable tender.
As far as the above criterion is concerned, a tender shall be evaluated in the following way:
The lowest price of all unrejected tenders
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- x 100 = points
The price of evaluated tender


The tender which obtains most points shall be considered as the most favourable.
The Contracting Authority shall select the most favourable tender from the unrejected ones.
Note: Tenders may be submitted in EURO currency. In such case, EURO shall be translated into
PLN at the average NBP exchange rate as of the day preceding the day of selecting the most
favourable tender.

Formalities upon selection of tender:
A supplier shall be selected on 06.10.2015 based on the tenders submitted in writing by the date as
specified herein.
The decision as regards the selection of supplier shall be published at www.presmet.com.pl.
The Contracting Authority admits the possibility of closing the tender procedure – at any time – without selecting
a supplier, without being obliged to provide the reasons. This shall in particular refer to cases when a significant
unforeseeable change in circumstances occurs, which causes the tender procedure or contract performance to
be not in the interest of the Contracting Authority.
