Tire Room Procedures
-Super Late Models/Pro Late Models/Modifieds are all impounded.
-Tire Selection 1st come 1st serve.
-Super Late Models- You must have a min. of 4 tires in impound to start the race,
with a max. of 8 tires in impound.
-Pro Late Models/Modifieds-You must have 4 tires in impound to start the race.
-All saved practice tires in room must be picked up by Friday night. If not, anything
over your impound tires will be put back in stock.
-Please remove all valve cores prior to having tires mounted/dismounted
-You must make an attempt to bead your own tires. We will help you once all tires
are mounted.
-Do not leave your tires unattended at the tire machine they won’t get mounted.
-Race tires must stay in impound until qualifying/tire release.
-ALL tool bags or boxes MUST be checked prior to entering impound.
-No aerosol cans, cleaners, solvents, or liquids of any kind in impound area.
-No Tire Carts in impound.
-Tires MUST be barrel stacked in impound.
-Tire Release: Cars MUST be in designated areas on jack stands with all 4 tires
removed before you’re impound tires will be released.
EXCHANGE POLICY: You may exchange a tire for a $6.00 fee
as long as you have not left the tire room, it doesn’t rip the
bead during mount/dismount, and no writing is on the tire.
Once you have mounted the tire you OWN it!!
