Notes to Applicant:

The applicant must live in Hong Kong for the past two years.

The applicant may select one or both of the two Award Categories ( Outstanding ICT Woman Professional or

Outstanding ICT Super Girl ).

The applicant must be eligible to the selected Award Category(-ies) ( Please refer to Appendix I for the eligibilities of the Award Categories).

Shortlisted applicants will be invited for an Assessment Interview in September or October 2015, and the most outstanding applicants will be invited for a Final Judging Session in October or November 2015.

(Remark: The Assessment Interview may be cancelled out when the no. of applications within the same category is low. In this case, short-listed candidate will directly proceed to the Final Judging.)

The Award Presentation Ceremony will be held in the Hong Kong Computer Society Gala Dinner to be held
