$51,000,000, which provided United States Marine Corps training assets to the United Arab Emirates Presidential Guard.

Developed the first rotational training of United Arab Emirates Forces to United States Marine Corps bases in Southern
California, providing tailored and streamlined solutions to operational, logistics and administrative processes, resulting in
annual cost savings for the client of $4,000,000.

Developed strong bonds and matured the United States’ relationship with the United Arab Emirates, resulting in an
ongoing contractual commitment until 2018.

Managed the construction of an expeditionary Runway at Camp Dwyer in Helmand Province Afghanistan. The 6,000 feet
runway was built by 1,000 Engineering Marines over a five-month period and was capable of landing the intercontinental C5
Galaxy aircraft (one of the largest military aircraft in the world). The runway was a strategic asset and reduced coalition transit
times by two weeks.
