Two Rivers Jeep Club will again host the 15th Annual Illini 4x4 Safari, May 19 –
21st, 2016 and the 18th Annual 4x4 BLAST, August 11 – 13th, 2015, which are
open to the public and any 4x4 vehicle. Combined, these events draw
approximately 500 vehicles and 900 people. The Two Rivers Jeep Club and our
events are nationally known and draw attendees from as many as ten states.
Since these two events are hosted directly by Two Rivers Jeep Club, all raffle proceeds
and over 85% of the registration fees go back into the community and surrounding area
that so enthusiastically supports our hobby.
Traditionally, past events have donated an average of $18,000 per event.
A large portion of this comes from product and gift certificate donations
from companies, such as yours, that were raffled off.
Two Rivers charitable work has been written up in Blue Ribbon Magazine and United
Four Wheel Drive’s Voice. Throughout the years, several articles on our events have
appeared in a number of nationally known 4WD magazines.
You now have an opportunity to be involved in both
events by making a product or certificate donation!
Donations to these events are outstanding advertising opportunities for your company.
You may also set up a booth or tent during registration on Thursday, 4-7pm.
There are generally two raffles held at each event, with 100% of the raffle proceeds donated to local charities. Donations
are per event. To reduce your overhead and ours, we would request donations for both events at one time. Please let
us know if you are donating for both events, or if you would prefer to donate to one event or the other. Product donations
provide the best visibility for your company as all products are prominently displayed during the event. Gift certificates are
always welcomed; however, they are not as easy to display.



A donation of $50 or more will get your name printed on a brochure, distributed to all
participants, a listing in our newsletter (250+ circulations) and an acknowledgement on our web
page.
A donation of $100 or more will, in addition, have your name printed on our T-shirts, which are
distributed to registrants and also sold at the event. You will receive a complimentary T-shirt.
A donation of $250 or more will, in addition, have your logo printed on our T-shirts, have your
logo and website link placed on our web page, and you will receive a complimentary T-shirt.
● Corporate Sponsorship of either event is possible. If you are interested, please contact TRJC for further
information regarding qualifications and rewards.
Please send products and/or gift certificates by April 5th to ensure inclusion on
the T-shirts and brochures.
