Lodge Rental Fees and Information
Terms and Prices effective: June 1, 2014
Titcomb Mountain Lodge is available to rent for functions (class reunions, weddings, and other similar events.)
To reserve the lodge on a specific date please contact the manager or rental coordinator listed below. The date
is reserved after the Titcomb Mountain Lodge Rental Agreement is signed and returned with payment of
security deposit. The lodge is only available to rent when the mountain is not open for regular operations or
other scheduled events.

Plus a security deposit of $100 that will be returned once the facility is inspected and found in a satisfactory condition
after the event. Although Farmington Ski Club maintains Titcomb Lodge and mows Titcomb property periodically during
the summer, this rental fee does not include specific grounds mowing or other special requests.
Cancellations
Notice of any cancellation must be received 30 days before the lodge rental date for return of deposit.
Property Responsibilities
The renter is responsible for satisfactory facility conditions and event clean-up by noon the next day. Satisfactory
condition includes: removing any supplies, decorations or materials inside and outside the lodge and no broken or damage
to any Farmington Ski Club property. Any damage to the property will be paid in full by the renter or event organizer
within an agreed time period. The renter will forfeit the security deposit if any of these conditions is not met.
DECORATION RESTRICTIONS: No staples, tacks or nails are to be used on ceiling or walls.
OTHER RESTRICTIONS: NO FIREWORKS ALLOWED ON FARMINGTON SKI CLUB PROPERTY
Alcohol Restrictions
Alcohol on the premises of the Farmington Ski Club may only be allowed by one of the following:
1. Alcohol to be served by a business or individual that holds an “off –premise catering license for the sale of liquor”
by the Maine State Bureau of Alcohol. A copy of license is provided by beginning of rental period.
2. Renter obtains a valid “B.Y.O.B. Function Permit” from the Maine State Bureau of Alcohol for this specific event
to be held at Titcomb Mountain. A copy of this permit is provided to the Farmington Ski Club at the beginning of
the rental period.
