FACILITY: Warren Central High School is a 25 yard, 10-lane course with separate diving well and instructional pool. Pool depth is 5' across the entire competition pool. The competition course has not been certified in accordance with 104.2.2C(4).
ELIGIBILITY: Swimmers must be registered with USA Swimming to be accepted into this meet. Age as of March
1, 2014, will determine the swimmer’s age for the entire meet.
RULES: Current USA Swimming and Indiana Swimming rules will govern this meet. Coaches MUST constantly display their USA Swimming coach credentials to gain deck access. The meet referee reserves the right to ask for coaches to display their credentials and/or deny deck access if a coach does not comply.
USA Swimming rule 202.3.2 states that a sanctioned competitive event, USA Swimming athletes members must be under the supervision of a USA Swimming coach during warm-up, competition, and warm-down. The Meet
Director or Meet Referee shall assist any athlete without proper supervision.
In swimming competitions, the competitor must wear only one swimsuit in one or two pieces except as provided in
205.10.1. All swimsuits shall be made from textile materials. For men, the swimsuit shall not extend above the navel nor below the knees, and for women, shall not cover the neck, extend past the shoulder, nor extend below the knee.
Any swimmer entered in the meet, unaccompanied by a USA Swimming member coach, must be certified by a USA
Swimming member coach as being proficient in performing a racing start or must start each race from within the water. It is the responsibility of the swimmer or the swimmer’s legal guardian to ensure compliance with this requirement.
Except where venue facilities require otherwise, changing into or out of swimsuits other than in locker rooms or other designated areas is not appropriate and is strongly discouraged.
Use of audio or visual recording devices, including a cell phone, is not permitted in changing areas, rest rooms, or locker rooms
FORMAT: This meet will be conducted in a timed finals format.
SEEDING: Events will be seeded using timed final seeding.
ENTRIES: All swimmers are limited to five (5) events per day plus relays.

DEADLINE: Entry deadline will be FEB 17 th at 5pm .
FEES: Entry fees for timed finals events are $4.00 and $6.00 for relays. Indiana Swimming surcharge per swimmer is $2.00. Make checks payable to Warren Aquatics Club.
DECK ENTRIES: Deck entries will be accepted at the discretion of meet management, with payment due immediately in cash or check. The fee will be $6.00 per event for individual events and $8.00 for each relay.

FORMAT: All events will be timed finals, enter in short course yards. Entries maybe limited in the 400 IM, and the
500 and 1650 Free. The number of heats will be determined after the entry deadline. Warren Aquatics Club will be allowed to swim regardless of entry time. We reserve the right to limit entries in any event to adhere to the 4-hour rule for age group swimmers. Clubs with swimmers not accepted will be notified. Refunds will be made to all clubs with swimmers not allowed to compete in the limited events.
CHECK-IN: The meet will be pre-seeded. There will not be a check in prior to the meet.
CLERK: This will be card-less meet.
AWARDS: Ribbons will be awarded for 1st through 8th place in individual events. Medals will be awarded to the top boy & girl points scorers in each age group.
SCORING: 9-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 for individual events and doubled for relays
If swimming in Open events, places and points will include all age groups.
FINAL RESULTS: Results will be sent via email following the conclusion of the meet or can be obtained at the conclusion of the meet via coach provided flash drive.
HEAT SHEETS: Heat sheets will be available for purchase for spectators. There will be no admission or parking fees.
CONCESSIONS: Concessions will be available.

Release and Hold Harmless Agreement
In consideration of being permitted to participate in this swim meet, and for other good and valuable consideration, the undersigned, for himself, his successors and assigns, hereby releases and forever discharges Warren Aquatics
Club, USA Swimming, Indiana Swimming, Warren Schools and each of their respective officers, agents, employees, members, successors and assigns, or causes of action of whatever kind of character arising out of or in connection with said event. Further the undersigned shall indemnify and hold harmless Warren Aquatics Club, USA Swimming,
Indiana Swimming, Warren Schools and all persons in any way connected with this event from any and all other losses, expenses, damages, demands and claims arising out of or in connection with any injury, including death, or alleged injury or damage to property sustained or alleged to have sustained in connection with or to have arisen out of said event.
