IOA HIRES NEW COMMERCIAL RISK MANAGER
Santa Barbara, CA (2/16/15) IOA Insurance Services, one of the fastest-growing independent
insurance agencies in the U.S., announced today that Ben Cox has joined their company to help
extend his brand of insurance advocacy to business owners throughout the Central Coast. Ben
comes with a wealth of experience within the Industry, having spent the last four years at Merrill
Insurance where he was instrumental in leading his production team through multiple marketing
campaigns and renewal strategies that significantly increased customer acquisition, penetration
and revenue. His leadership helped increase overall agency valuation through a variety of
“outside the box” approaches.
Ben joins IOA as a commercial risk manager to continue IOA’s recent success providing truly
innovative and organic risk management qualities to many of California’s top businesses. Ben
