Product Description
Whole Australian Banana Prawns U15 - Frozen
Banana prawns have a sweet mild flavour that makes them ideal for
light and delicately flavoured dishes. Whole prawns are great on the
BBQ. There will be around 30 prawns per kg.
Whole Australian King Prawns U8 - Frozen
King prawns are the most popular species of prawn available in
Australia due to their rich flavour and moist flesh. There will be
around 16 prawns per kg.
Whole Cooked Australian Tiger Prawns U10 - Frozen
Tiger prawns have a medium flavor which puts them between kings
and bananas on the flavour spectrum. They have tiger like stripes so
look nearly as good as they taste. There will be around 20 prawns
per kg.
Raw Black Tiger Prawn Cutlet 16/20-- Frozen
These prawns come from Thailand. The prawns come with the tail
on, which is easily removed. They are a tasty option and are easy to
cook. There will be around 40 prawns per kg.
Crayfish Tails – Raw Frozen
We have a limited stock of frozen crayfish tail and they weigh around
200g each. Tails are a clean and easy to cook option. We recommend
lightly steaming them and then finishing them off on the BBQ or hot
plate with garlic butter.
Crayfish - Raw & Cooked
A Christmas favourite of many. There is limited availability of Crayfish
this year due to the massive demand coming out of China.
Unfortunately this is reflected in the price we have to pay and charge
for them. We have both raw and steamed crayfish available.
Morton Bay Bug Meat - Frozen
Morton Bay Bugs come from Australia. What we have is 100% meat
so there is no wastage and cooking is easy. The bugs are much smaller
than crayfish and have a medium, sweet, rich flavor. You can simply
cook them on the barbeque or hot plate with butter and garlic or use
one of many recipes available online. Don’t overcook!
Alaskan King Crab Legs
King Crab became famous from Discovery Channels “Deadliest Catch”.
Crab legs are already cooked need only to be heated before eating.
You can reheat it in a variety of ways - steaming, microwaving or oven
baking -it only takes only 4 to 10 minutes to reheat.
Seafood Platters
We have two different sized platters available. Platters generally
include smoked salmon, cooked prawns, oysters, sashimi tuna and
salmon and salmon pate however they can be amended to suit your
requirements.
