HEALTHY ITALIAN SHRIMP
This healthy Italian shrimp dish is one of those go-to recipes when you need to have dinner
ready in a pinch. It takes just minutes to make, you probably have all of the ingredients on
hand, and there’s very little clean-up! It’s as simple as sauté, mix and serve. We like to serve
this dish with steamed or boiled broccoli and cauliflower since as they are ingredients which
are almost always readily available in the fridge but feel free to be creative and try

INGREDIENTS
1 garlic clove, chopped
1 1tbsp olive oil
½ teaspoon salt
½ tsp oregano
½ tsp rosemary
1 lb Cooked medium shrimp
INSTRUCTIONS
Follow defrosting instructions on bag.
Heat sauté pan on medium heat
Add 1 cal spray
Add garlic and shrimp
Make sure shrimp is on an even layer in the pan.
Stir shrimp and re-arrange making sure to cook both sides
Remove mixture from pan once tender and lightly crisped, about 2-5 minutes.
Serve with desired sides.
