NOTE ABOUT INTENSIVE/EXTENSIVES As a general rule – if you wish to enrol in any of the intensive or weekly classes on offer in term 3 you must enrol no later than two (2) weeks prior to the class. IMPORTANT ADDITIONAL INFORMATION a) Enrolment deadline is (in bold): For intensive units beginning on 26 September the deadline is 12 September 2011 For intensive units beginning on 4 October the deadline is 19 September 2011 For Extensive units beginning on 22 September the deadline is 7 September 2011 For Face to Face units beginning on 5 September, the deadline is 22 August 2011. b) If you apply after this date you will have to pay a late enrolment fee of $100.00. c) When you enrol you must return all of the following documents: a. Payment Method Form d) You will not be enrolled until all of the above are received. e) You can e-mail the documents to us at registrar@alphacrucis.edu.au but you must attach all documentation noted above. f) All students must receive a financial clearance prior to being enrolled. Tuition: No student can commence classes unless tuition fees are paid. If, after the census date of the semester, a student’s tuition fees are not paid, or the student has not made alternate arrangements, then the student will automatically receive a Fail (N) grade for the unpaid units. Students who are unable to pay tuition fees may choose to contact the Registrar and withdraw from their units before the census date to avoid this Fail grade. Withdrawal: Withdrawing from a program or unit prior to the census date for that semester is permitted without affecting the student's transcript. Tuition will be refunded, although an administration charge of $200 (AUD) will normally be incurred. Students who withdraw from a unit after census date will receive a Fail grade (N) on their transcript and no refund will be paid.
