Job Responsibilities: Maintain existing business and customer base. Grow testing utilization across all GeneDx product lines. Launch newly developed testing into appropriate markets. Make joint and independent sales calls to promote appropriate utilization of GeneDx testing. Implement and communicate Marketing initiatives in manners consistent with achievement of sales goals. Provide feedback to Management and Marketing on market/competitive trends. Develop and deliver effective sales presentations. Manage customer data in the company database. Maintain a high level of customer support/service Initiate, negotiate and implement contracts as needed. Ensure access to testing through appropriate blood draw solutions. Participates in GeneDx sponsored trade shows, sales meetings and local meetings as necessary. Willingness to travel approximately 40-60% due to territory, trade shows and meetings. Act in accordance with all compliance regulations as it pertains to acting as a patient advocate requiring access to clinical and billing information. Other responsibilities as assigned. Basic Qualifications: Master's degree in Genetic Counseling or Bachelor's degree with two years experience in the medical/diagnostics area. Open to change and diversity. Demonstrates excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills. Ability to work remotely and independently with general supervision. Must be a team player. Displays professionalism, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude when interacting with internal and external customers. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
