2.Visual Observations :- Wire mesh provided before spray of shot cret 1 st layer. Top level of shot cret is not maintained.
3.Field Tests Conducted :- Sand and Metal tested
4.Any Major Observations :- Suggested to spray the 2 nd layer of shot cret, within 24 hours after spraying 1 st layer of shot cret.
5.Compliance of Earlier Comments :- Even through suggested wire mesh fixed before spraying 1 st layer . This may please be avoided. Uniform top level of shot cret may please be provided.

2.Visual Observations :- Transfer & Longitudinal steps are being providing but not in uniform intervals fields motars should be according specificities precast porus plugs not providing.
3.Field Tests Conducted :- Slump verified and load rejected again

4.Any Major Observations :- Excess water in c.c. mix Honey coumbs observed uniform top surface of c.c lining not maintain undulations noticed with naked eye . These may please be avoided at least in future. .

2.Visual Observations :- Rammer test conducted. Roots removing as suggested uniform top level not maintained. Sufficient plasticizer and sodium silicate should be available at site as the present state may be sufficient.
3.Field Tests Conducted :- Shot cret tested with hammer.
4.Any Major Observations :-Continuous curing not being done. Wire mesh fixed without shot cret one layer event through requested to of times.
5.Compliance of Earlier Comments :- Roots removing uniform level on top of shot cret not maintained. Continuous curing not done event thorough repeated requests wire mesh fixed before laying shot cret. At least Brickets not provided under the wire mesh.

2.Visual Observations :- Curing not done properly, wire mesh fixed before laying Ist layer of shot cret without removing vegetations, small through roots etc at top edge, they are doing shot cret.

4.Any Major Observations :- Roots, vegetation not removed at top edge where shot cret doing which is lining objective able. Wire mesh fixed before laying 1 st layer of shot cret even through requested, curing not done affectively, Continuous curing not done. It is also observed that shot cret not observed it approved to be very loose.
5.Compliance of Earlier Comments :- Work not improved even number of times requested.Roots not removed continuous curing not done. Weighing machine not adopting.
