EXHIBITOR INFORMATION
Schooling
Mini Stirrup Division
Open to junior riders, 10 years old and under as of December 1 of the current show year
who have not shown over fences 2’ or higher. Year end points will not count if rider cross
enters into short stirrup throughout the circuit.

There will be schooling jumps available for Jumpers, but will not be allowed to
school the course. Schooling for Hunters and Equitation classes will be permitted
before the show begins each morning and will end promptly at 7:45 am and before
each division. Schooling will be free of charge to all horses entered in the show.
There will be a $30 charge for horses/ponies participating in schooling sessions that
are not showing. Note-All Horses/Ponies Schooling but not showing must be
entered in the show and have a back number.
Rules and Regulations
1. All riders must have a back number while schooling.
2. Show starts promptly at 8:00 am.
3. Classes and divisions that are NJPHA/NJHSA recognized will be run in
accordance to the rules of these organizations.
4. Post entries will be accepted free of charge, but fax pre-entries are most
appreciated - 908-284-0329
5. Every class offered herein which is covered by the rules and specifications
of the current USEF rule book will be conducted and judged in accordance
herewith.
6. All Hunter classes will be judged on performance and soundness with an
emphasis on soundness and manners unless otherwise noted.
7. The Black River Farm Winter Tour, Black River Farm and Black River
Farm Management will not be held responsible for any accident, injury, loss
or damage which occurs to any rider, horse or equipment before, during or
after the show.
8. Black River Farm management reserves the right to cancel, combine,
change location or add any class(es) or schooling deemed necessary.
9. Failure to enter the ring within 3 (three) minutes of being called will incur
elimination.
10. All riders must wear proper attire including head gear at all times mounted.
11. All pets must be leashed.
12. All fees must be paid and entries complete before numbers will be issued.
13. It is a condition of entry to the show grounds that these rules and
regulations be read, understood and accepted.
14. A $10.00 per exhibitor will be charged to cover the expense of having an
EMT on the grounds.
