Learning Objective (s): Given cooperative groups, textbooks, and internet research students will analyze the purpose, key figures and the effects of the Progressive Era by creating a digital children’s book to be used in a 5th grade classroom. COLLABORATIVE STATION TASK: Imagine that the elementary student you work with through Mrs. Riturban’s class needs to do a report on the Progressive Era. To assist them you will create a TEN (10) page children’s book detailing what the Progressive Era was, the key figures involved, and why it was and is still important.
