Study, Identify, and investigate existing processes to identify and implement new opportunities for improving quality throughput
and cost saving.
Interface and consult with production, technical, business and marketing personnel to recommend corrective action and to
evaluate processes for effectiveness and improvement.
Organize and perform plant experimental trials using applied statistical methods and the design of experiment approach.
Establish strong trusted business relationship with operations personnel.
Serve as subject matter expert and technical resource for our internal clients: business, marketing, or technical service.

Develops chemical products and processes by conducting research, analysis, synthesis, and experimentation. Operate distillation units.
Duties:
* Will be involved in the design, installation, start-up and day-today operation of distillation equipment.
* Determines product specifications by studying consumer requirements; conferring with management and engineering staff.
* Determines process standards by developing formulas and methods.
* Identifies chemical and physical properties of substances by conducting chemical analyses such as GC, Karl Fischer, ICP-MS, GC-MS.
* Researches new products and processes by conducting experiments involving the composition, structure, properties, relationships, and
reactions of matter induced by heat, light, energy, and chemical catalysts.
* Prepares technical reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
