Honors Ambassadors
2015 Membership Application
Requirements for membership:
1. Be a current member of the UF Honors Program, currently pursuing an undergraduate
degree.
2. Attend weekly meetings on Wednesdays at 6:30 p.m. and the New Member Retreat on
Saturday, January 17-18, 2015.
3. Earn a minimum of 8 event points per semester.
Submisssion Guidelines:

Submit this document, with all questions and essay responses answered, a recent photo
of yourself for identification purposes, and a one page resume/CV to
join.honorsambassadors.2015@gmail.com by Friday, January 9, 2015 at 8:00 p.m
If you encounter any difficulties adding your resume or photo to this document, add it as an attachment in
your email

Sign up for an interview time and turn in the $5 application fee at the Honors Office (3rd
floor of the Infirmary) from January 7 to January 9 by 3:30pm.
o Please make checks payable to “Honors Ambassadors.”
o If you are paying with cash, you must put it in a sealed envelope with your name on
the front.
o Interviews will be held from 11:00am to 3:00pm on January 11, and 6:30pm to
8:30pm on January 12-14 at a location to be announced. Dress is business attire.
