Minutes Exec meeting Tuesday 21st June

2. Lusu AGM –

Funding given out
Captains meeting before first term compulsory (think it includes Vices)
Exec members should be up in Lancaster before term starts
Freshers week is first come first serve , extra 30 groups into sports hall
New sports center, Dont have to join, opens from 7am (first bus from town
is 7.15am so looking into earlier buses), new manager Debbie Bell.
Training times for next year are not sorted yet
Elections for sports exec – 2 BUCS, 2 Societies, 4 Either

3. Sponsor confirmed – details at club AGM. Lara*
4. Ideas for freshers fair to be emailed to Faye by end of term
5. Exec members up on Lancaster Wednesday 28th September (latest) to spend couple of days
sorting freshers week, posters etc and making plan for the week.
6. Club AGM – speakers Faye, Ali, Amy T ( Faye read speech)
7. Constitution – Exec to read before Club AGM and note Faye of any problems they think of.
8. Socials – Wednesday carlton, Thursday Retour, Weekend Summer tournament, Monday
social for last carlton
9. Summer tournament – Lancaster club members take all their tour shirts and sort out teams
when there
10. Bag packing at Sainsbury’s – Attendance compulsory, do slots, provisional date October 2nd.
11. Water bottles ordered
