JOB SUMMARY
The Schools Liaison Administrator will support the work of the Schools Liaison
Manager across all three campuses.
The post holder will have responsibility, under the direction of the Schools Liaison
Manager, for liaising with external partners and coordinating, monitoring and reporting of attendance, progress and attainment to designated Faculties.
MAIN DUTIES
Provides general administration support to the Schools Liaison Manager
Assist the Schools Liaison Manager in ensuring the smooth running of all School
College courses across all campuses
Assist the Schools Liaison Manager at relevant school events within the
Glasgow area
Responsible for co-ordinating the school pupil induction process and liaising with curriculum staff across all campuses
Support the induction process for school pupils
Coordinate the monitoring and reporting on pupil progress, attainment and attendance to designated Faculties
Monitor that the arrangements agreed by the Schools Liaison Manager with Local
Authorities in terms of such aspects as transport and timetables are operating as planned
Ensure consistency of service across all campuses
Liaise with appropriate faculty staff
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Contribute to the effective operation of the Unit, offering comment and exhibiting the highest professional standards
Undertake projects and other duties as directed by the line manager
Proactively collaborate with internal and external contacts
Represent the college at external meetings where required
Keep abreast of current developments relevant to student admissions and complaints
Respect the confidentiality of matters relating to learners and other members of staff
Exercise a duty of care for their own health and safety and that of others who may be affected by their actions

This is a cross campus post therefore there will be a requirement to travel and work within all Glasgow Clyde Campuses. This post will also require the post holder to travel to various career and school events throughout Scotland.
