Instructions for the student
 Familiarize yourself with the learning outcomes and assessment criteria of the internship/course.
 Choose three targets for assessment from your work tasks, which you would like to ask your colleague or peer student to give feedback on. The
targets of assessment might be working situations you find challenging and difficult, or they might be skills that you think are your strengths at the
moment.
 Give the peer assessor some clues to what factors you would like him/her to focus on in the feedback.
Instructions for the peer assessor
 Get familiar with the learning outcomes and assessment criteria of the internship/course the student is participating in.
 Observe the assessment targets the student has suggested.
 Assess his/her competences and give feedback in relation to the learning outcomes and assessment criteria of the internship as well as the competence requirements of your workplace and the tasks in question.
