Recent (<12 months) screening for tuberculosis including:
1. Mantoux (Purified Protein Derivative) skin test (validated result) and
2. CXR report (physician validated)
Serological (laboratory validated) evidence of immunity against
1. Hepatitis B (Anti HBs, Anti HBc, HBsAg)
Serological (laboratory validated) evidence of non infectious state for
1. Hepatitis C (Anti HCV)
The above is in accordance with international best practice for health and safety in the work
