Thanks to its unique production methods, this cheese is made throughout the day every day. During the

Private wine tasting with snacks at Domaine du Daley
Montreux is the most frequented resort on Lac Leman (Lake of Geneva), thanks to its beautiful location and
pleasant surrounding countryside. The city stretches gently along the shore of a wide, south-facing bay and
rises above the lake like a huge amphitheatre amidst the wooded and vine-clad slopes. Montreux has
attracted many visitors since the 18th century. Its palm trees give sample proof of its mild climate. The main
features of the city are the Vieux Montreux (the old parts of the township) and, of course, the visit of the
Castle of Chillon – one of the most impressive, medieval strongholds of Switzerland, immortalized by many
famous poets.
The Lavaux Vineyard Terraces of Switzerland have been chosen by UNESCO as a new World Heritage Site.
The Terraces stretch for about 30 kilometres along the south-facing northern shores of Lake Geneva, in the
Vaud region. They cover the lower slopes of the mountainside between the villages and the lake, and their
origins can be traced back to the 11th century.

Private motor coach for excursion to Basel
Private visit at Beschle with tour, tasting and creation of of own chocolate
Located on both sides of the Rhine, in the three-country-corner of Switzerland, Germany and France, Basel is
the third largest city in Switzerland. Not only diverse cultures, but also a multifaceted history, modern art and
architecture converge here. Since the Middle Ages, Basel has been an important crossroads of commerce and
transportation, mainly due to navigation on the Rhine River. Ferries, roundtrip river cruises and lock gates
link Basel's four harbors and sights. Visitors can discover the Old Town, which is dotted with buildings dating
from the 15th century. The large market square, for example, is dominated by a townhall built between 1507
and 1513. The Spalentor, one of Switzerland's most beautiful city gates, was erected in the late 14th century.
Basel's true landmark, however, is the Minster with its slender spires, built in different architect styles
between 1019 and 1500.
At Beschle, you will gain insight into the origins of cacao: how it is cultivated, processed, manufactured and
refined, given the opportunity to taste different blends and original chocolate combinations and finally, our
own Maître Chocolatier Pascal Beschle will guide you in making your own individual chocolate creations.
