A Special Note of Thanks:
With the opening of the new M-NCPPC
Senior Center, the City will see a decrease in
grant funding so generously provided to them
by the Park & Planning Commission. Over
the years, the grant funding was used for
direct services to the seniors at the Phelps
Senior Center. We would like to thank the
Park & Planning Commission for their
generous support and look forward to their
new regional senior center.
Please, pardon or dust, and clutter as we
prepare to relocate to our new office. Thanks
for you understanding, help and support.
