City Outdoor Pools Open Early Due to Extreme Heat
Mayor Craig A. Moe has announced that due to the extreme heat we are experiencing, the City
operated outdoor pools will be opening one hour earlier on Saturday, July 24th and Sunday, July 25th. The
pools affected include the Laurel Municipal Pool located at Ninth Street and Main Street, and the
Greenview Drive Pool located at 14403 Greenview Drive. Mayor Moe hopes this earlier opening will help
make the current heat wave a little more tolerable for citizens. For additional information, please contact the
