Licensed Clinical Supervisor Position Description: Directs and manages school-based counseling programs. Manages a minimal caseload and provides clinical supervision to Registered Interns. Direct and supervise the activities of a staff of approximately 7 professional and administrative staff, including performance evaluation, selection, and staff development. Provide weekly mental health counseling to 5-10 clients. Supervise the school-based counseling program, meet weekly with counseling staff, and oversee compliance of case files to Medicaid standards. Supervise Registered Intern(s) in preparation for licensure. Ensure statistical input of all activity by supervised staff, review activity reports. Prepare reports and present at various agencies. Develop and nurture cross-program internal collaboration. Oversee monthly family engagement groups. Complete other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications: Education: Masters degree in Counseling or related field from an accredited college or university. Licensed in the State of Florida as an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT). Qualified Clinical Supervisor Experience: Medicaid knowledgeable.
