To become an official member of the SCWARN network, your utility must sign the Mutual Aid Agreement, complete the
Voting Delegate Form, and complete the information below, then scan the documents and email to info@scwarn.org.

contact you with further information, including a secure access password to the members-only area of the SCWARN
website.
