University Program Board Photo Booth Agreement Thank you for your support of the programming efforts of the University Program Board (UPB) and providing UPB an opportunity to have a presence in another quality program for the students and community of Illinois State University. This agreement entered into on ______________ between the University Program Board (UPB) and __________________________, for use of the UPB photo booth of the University Program Board (UPB) at ____________________________. It is hereby agreed as follows: The amount of $75 will be charged to the Sponsor for general expenses related to the use of the photo booth. The UPB logo and contact information of UPB will remain located on the bottom of all photographs resulting from use of the photo booth. The photo booth is not to leave the Bone Student Center. A representative from UPB is to be on site or on call for the duration of the event in order to assist with the photo booth if any issues may arise.
