Summary TMI - The Episcopal School of Texas, a prestigious independent school with a 120-year tradition of educating servant-leaders, is seeking an organized, take-charge development professional to maintain the advancement database and help build a stewardship program that deepens relationships between the school and donors, encouraging long-term support. Essential Responsibilities Maintain complete, accurate and accessible data in The Raiser’s Edge Provide information support to staff, volunteers, alumni, donors, students, and other constituents Develop acknowledgment, recognition and reporting programs that are appropriate, meaningful, consistent and sustainable Key Qualifications Power user proficiency with The Raiser’s Edge (or comparable donor-focused CRM database) Excellent interpersonal skills with an emphasis on customer service A combination of creativity, communication skills, attention to detail, and strategic thinking Anticipate project needs and priorities, meet multiple deadlines, follow through, and close the loop Minimum Bachelor’s degree and 2 years’ experience in a development office or related field Apply If this position describes you, please email a cover letter, resume, and three professional references to s.herlich@tmi-sa.org.
