Georgia in the northeast corner of Meriwether County. Gay has less than 200
residents, but 4 days a year Gay comes alive with over 100,000 visitors who
come and enjoy the Cotton Pickin’ Fair. Big Red Oak Plantation is only 1/2
mile from downtown Gay. At the only red light in town, go west on Greenville
Road. 1/2 mile, look for our signs and entrance on the south side of the road.
Come down the gravel road and bear right at the fork along the board fence
to the Pro Shop. We will be ready to aim you in the right direction.
