National NeighborWoods® Month is the annual October celebration of trees in our communities
and is part of the national NeighborWoods initiative to re-green North American cities from
coast to coast. NeighborWoods is a national campaign facilitated by Alliance for Community
Trees, a program of the Arbor Day Foundation. Alliance for Community Trees is a national
network of local green organizations dedicated to improving the health and livability of cities by
