Premium spirits brand The Wild Geese signs UK distribution deal with
Marblehead Brand Development
Marblehead Brand Development is pleased to announce they are working as brand
and distribution consultants for The Wild Geese Irish Whiskey and Rum collections.
Spirits brand, The Wild Geese, has appointed Marblehead to distribute The Wild
Geese's premium Irish Whiskey and Rum collections in the UK. Tasked with
increasing listings nationwide, Marblehead will cover both on and off-trade with a
focus on high-end, independent bars.
The Wild Geese Irish Whiskey Collection, three times voted ‘Best Irish Whiskey’,
is made with superb quality aged Irish Whiskey stock produced using a special
Extended Double Distillation process, creating a smoothness and richness unlike
any other whiskey.
The Collection tells the story of 'The Wild Geese', brave soldiers who left Ireland in
1691. Wherever they travelled they showed great courage, a sense of adventure
and commitment to freedom for everyone. The Wild Geese celebrates extraordinary
individuals who share these traits with.
In addition to the Whiskey Collection, Marblehead will also be launching The Wild
Geese Rum Collection, a multi-award winning collection of Caribbean Rums, which
in its first 8 weeks garnered 9 awards including 4 golds and will hit the shelves in
the UK later this summer. The range includes the Premium Rum, an intense, bright
gold blend of rums, aged for up to eight years, from Barbados, Jamaica and
Guyana, all regions where the Irish made a big impact in history. The Wild Geese
Irish Whiskey and Caribbean Rum Collections will be showcased to the trade at
Imbibe Live (1-2 July), joining Marblehead's stand.
