Book Online’s suite of digital publications offers unique content and features for
patrons of every age, ability, and interest. Using the same expert information

Our World Book subscription allows us to give you and your family access to this
valuable reference source at your home computers 365 days a year, 24 hours a
day. Home access is included in LIBRARY NAME’s subscription and is provided
at no cost to you.

Découverte - L'Encyclopédie Découverte offers World Book’s exceptional Kids
content in French through two beautiful interfaces: one designed for younger
native French speakers and the other for older patrons and adults learning
French as a foreign language.

World Book Discover - Discover offers engaging reference resources for
patrons reading below grade level because of language or learning difficulties,
including reluctant readers, ELL, ESL, and adult literacy patrons. Discover
includes reference articles, text-to-speech capabilities, activities, research and
translation tools, multimedia, and interactive videos to engage patrons of varying
abilities with curriculum-related topics and subjects.

Dramatic Learning - Dramatic Learning uses plays, skits, and monologues to
help patrons become more fluent readers and help them understand core



Hispánica Saber - A comprehensive Spanish-language encyclopedia that


Online Reference Center - Online Reference Center is a powerful reference tool
designed to meet the needs and skills of library patrons of high school age and

upper elementary and middle school coming to the library for help with their

Kids is the premier reference website developed especially for younger library
patrons. It features an intuitive user interface; thousands of easy-to-read articles


Science Power - Science Power is an engaging and visually rich supplemental

Go to the World Book web site: http://www.worldbookonline.com
Type in the following user Login ID: INSERT YOUR ID HERE
Password: INSERT YOUR PASSWORD HERE
Save your user name and password for faster login – simply check the
box labeled “Remember my ID and password.” The next time you visit
World Book the login prompt will already contain your username and
password.
5. Once you arrive at the World Book home page, you should bookmark the
page or add to favorites for easy access to World Book in the future.
Please remember that login and password information is for patrons only,
and extending this information to people who do not go to our library could
result in loss of at-home access for our patrons.
