WARRANTY STATEMENT
European Space Imaging (EUSI) warrants that, for a period of 30 days after Your receipt of the Product, the Product will perform substantially in
accordance with its applicable specifications. EUSI’s sole obligation and Your entire remedy for breach of the above warranty is for EUSI, at its sole
option and expense, to: (a) repair or replace the non-conforming Product returned during the warranty period; or (b) refund all fees paid by You for the
non-conforming Product returned during the warranty period. This limited warranty is void if any non-conformity has resulted from any accident, abuse,
misuse, misapplication, or modification of or to the Product or any breach of this Agreement.
INCREMENTAL DELIVERY
If you agree to a tasking window that is shorter than the tasking window given by our collection planning department and the order polygon is greater
than one scene of 272km2, it is European Space Imaging’s policy that imagery will be delivered and invoiced as acquired. If you selected the
incremental delivery option, imagery will be delivered and invoiced as acquired.
Standard payment terms apply after the delivery of each increment and such deliveries are not subject to any special refund or forfeiture, even if the
entire area is not fully collected by the original end-collect date. You will have the option to extend your collection window as needed to complete the

cancellation policies, under which Digital Globe products are provided through European Space Imaging. I voluntarily accept

Parameters of the order including physical and competitive feasibility may be subject to change.
By signing below or receiving, downloading or distributing the Products, Customer acknowledges that the Products,
including any technical data and/or services, are subject to U.S. Government export control requirements. To the best of
Customer's knowledge and understanding, Customer certifies that Customer, Sub-Reseller, End User and/or Integrator (as
applicable) will not transfer or re-export the Products contrary to U.S. law. Customer further certifies that the information
regarding use of the Product provided on the corresponding Order Form is accurate, current and complete as of the date of
this Order Quote.
