New Accounting Manager Position

The Position:
This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic accounting professional who wants to be part of a new management
team tasked with building the necessary corporate infrastructure and organizational capabilities needed to support
the company’s rapid growth and development. Candidates should possess four to six years of accounting
experience, preferably a mix of public and private experience, with a CPA or a CPA in progress. Healthcare
experience is a plus but not required. This position will serve as the “right hand” to the Controller and, as a result, will
offer a wide breadth of professional experience and exposure. As such, candidates must be both self-motivated and
self-directed as the position will be responsible for and/or involved with many areas in the accounting function,
including but not limited to:








Preparing external and internal financial reports
Ensuring GAAP compliance
Building and maintaining general ledger accounting processes and procedures, including month and quarter
close procedures
Assisting with the audit and tax functions
Maintaining treasury management and cash forecasting
Implementing and monitoring internal controls
Performing operational analysis/reporting
Facile with Excel and able to perform basic financial modeling/forecasting
