The approved BMP plans are as follows: Approved EFA Report and BMP Plans: This project shall be constructed and operated in accordance with the EFA Report and the following BMP plans and details prepared by Krebs and Lansing Consulting Engineers, Inc. (Sheets C-1, C-2, C-3, C-4, C-5, C-6, all dated 6/13/12; Detail sheets 8 and 9, dated 7/1985, revised 6/20/11; Sheet 2 titled “Grading, Drainage and Erosion Control,” dated 5/1985, revised 6/20/11; Sheet 4 titled “Utility Plan,” dated 5/1985, revised 6/20/11; and supporting information). The approved analysis and BMP plans will be posted on the Department’s website for public access and review. The analysis and BMP plans will remain on the website for a period of fifteen (15) days. By no later than eighteen (18) months after the Secretary’s approval of the analysis and BMP plans, the permittee shall implement the BMP plans for the designated discharge in accordance with the approved plans. Within sixty (60) days of completion of implementation of the identified BMP plans, the permittee shall submit to the Stormwater Program a written statement signed by a designer that the identified BMPs have been built or implemented and are currently operating in compliance with the plans and General Permit 3-9030. As-built-plans shall be submitted with the certification to reflect any modifications of the BMPs from the original plans submitted to the Stormwater Program. Please also note that your authorization to discharge treated stormwater runoff under General Permit 39030 includes inspection, maintenance, and reporting requirements.
