Year 11 Prom 2015
We are delighted to tell you that Shenfield High School has organised the Year 11
Prom at Hylands House, Chelmsford for Thursday 2nd July 2014, from 6.30pm
until 11.30pm.
The total cost of the Prom is £45 each (which must be paid via Parentpay using your
son/daughter’s login details). The school is unable to accept cheques or cash. This
price includes;

Red carpet arrival with reception drink (Non-alcoholic Fruit Cocktail)
2 Course Meal
Unlimited soft drinks all night
DJ
Thrones for Prom King and Queen
VIP Photo Booth
Decorations
Security
Dress Code: Formal/smart (no particular colour code)
There will be a photographer present on the evening; if students would like to
pre-order a photograph there will be an additional cost of £6.00 which can also be
paid by Parentpay. All payments will need to have been paid no later than Friday
30th January 2015. If you wish to order photographs on-line after the event the
cost will be £10.00 direct to the photographer.
If you would like your son/daughter to attend this Prom please return the slip below
to L.Pegg KS4 Progress Office, having confirmed that you have paid £45.00 via
Parentpay (this is non-refundable) and also any special dietary requirements. Places
will not be confirmed until payment has been made.
