Dolphin – Galit
I am a dolphin. Dolphins are mammals. We live in the ocean. We like to
eat small fish. We are the color gray. We are very friendly, kind, curious,
and friendly. We are one of the most intelligent animals in the whole
planet.
Deer – Iona
I am a deer. I live almost all over the world except in Australia and
Antarctica. I only eat leaves and I prefer to eat in the evening. I have a
reddish, brown color. Deer live in small groups.
Lion – Juan Pablo
I am the king of the jungle. I am a carnivore. I eat other animals. I live in
the grasslands in Africa, the Middle East, and India. I live in groups called
prides. Lions hunt in groups during the night.
Panda – Tatiana
I am a Panda Bear. Pandas are bears that do not hibernate. I live in the
Bamboo forest in China. It is cold and damp. I like to eat bamboo. I also
like to be alone. I have a black and white fur.
Brown Bear – Salvador
I am a brown bear. Bears are mammals. Brown bears are also called
grizzly bears. We hibernate in the winter. I live in North America, Europe,
and Asia.
Eagle – Javier
I am an Eagle. I am a lonely bird, but I am a great hunter. I hunt for my
food like rabbits, snakes, chipmunks, and fish. We live in the mountains
of Canada and North and South America. The bald eagle was chosen as
the symbol of the United States of America because of its long life,
strength and beauty.
Duck – Kariel
I am a duck. I live in or near water. I eat plants, fish and insects. I can
swim and fly. My babies are called ducklings.
Fox – Dante
I am a fox. I am about the size of a large cat, but I am related to a dog. I
eat mice rabbits and birds. I live in North America.
Jaguar – Erick
I am a jaguar. Jaguars are the largest cat of the Americas. Jaguars eat fish,
monkeys, reptiles, cows and horses. Jaguars are excellent swimmers.
Rabbit – Valentina
I am a rabbit. I have long ears and a small tail. Sometimes I hop, but I can
also run very fast. I can have up to 40 babies per year. We eat grass and
plants.
Sea Horse – Nicole
I am a sea horse. Sea horses are actually fish. We live all over the world.
We eat all day long. We are not very good swimmers. The father sea
horses carry the babies, not the mother.
Peacock – Angel
I am a peacock. Peacocks have long, beautiful, shiny tail feathers. We live
to be about 20 years old. A group of peacocks is called a party. We eat
plants and small insects, spiders, lizards and frogs.
Gorilla – Alan
I am a gorilla. I live in Africa. I eat plants, insects and worms. Gorillas are
very peaceful animals. We live to be 50 years old.
Puma – Caroline
I am a puma. I have sharp claws and strong jaws. Pumas eat large
mammals, like deer and smaller animals like rabbits and birds. We live in
Asia, America and Africa. We can jump 20 feet. A baby puma is called a
cub.
Wolf – Andrea
I am a wolf. Wolves live in groups called packs. A baby wolf is called a
pup. Wolves eat deer, goats, rabbits and birds. We are closely related to
dogs and act very similar to dogs.
Horse – Alana
I am a horse. Female horses are called mares and males are called
stallions. Babies are called foals. Most foals are born at night. A foal can
walk about an hour after being born. Horses live all over the world,
except where it is really cold. Horses eat grass. People ride horses in
races and shows. We are also great work animals for a farm.
Butterfly – Roni
I am a butterfly. I am an insect. I have six legs and two antennae. I began
my life as a caterpillar. Then I turned into a beautiful butterfly. I drink
nectar from flowers.
Shark – Ignacio
I am a shark. Sharks are fish. We breathe underwater with our gills. We
eat other fish and ocean plants and animals. We live in oceans all over
the world.
Giraffe – Gianna
I am a giraffe. I live in Africa. I eat leaves, grass, and fruits. I am the tallest
animal in the world.
Sea Turtle – Trenton
I am a sea turtle. I am a reptile. I live in the ocean. I have a hard shell that
protects me from danger. I lay my eggs on dry, sandy beaches. Baby
turtles take care of themselves from the day they are born.
Penguin - Iker
I am a penguin. I am a bird, but I cannot fly. There are about 17 different
kinds of penguins. I live in Antarctica. I like cold weather. I eat fish. I am
black and white. The largest penguin is the Emperor Penguin.
Polar Bear - Natalia
I am a polar bear. We are white. We eat seals. Polar bears live in very
cold weather. We have a lot of fat to keeps us warm. We are the largest
of all bears.
Galit – Dolphin
I am a dolphin. I live in the ocean. Dolphins eat small fish and squid. We
are very fast swimmers. We are also very intelligent.
Tiger – David
I am a tiger. I am the largest wild cat in the world. I live in the jungle. I eat
deer. You can find me in India and Asia.
Monkey – Degory
I am a monkey. I live in the jungles of Africa, Asia, and America. I like to
eat leaves, fruits, seeds, and nuts. Monkeys can be different colors; grey,
brown, black, and red. We behave just like kids. We like to jump, climb,
and swing.
Crocodile – Andres
I am a crocodile. I live in lagoons and swamps. I can live to be 70 years
old. I eat small mammals, birds and fish. People think I’m scary, but I’m
actually afraid of them. I only attack if I am threatened.
Tortoise - Alejandro
I am a giant tortoise. I live on land. I live to be very old. I move very
slowly. My shell protects me from enemies. Giant tortoises never stop
growing. We eat plants, but we can go for 6 months with no food or
water.
