Warm up from 7.30am. Competition will commence 8.30am sharp
Pool Entry:
Gates open at 7.30am.
$2.50 Entry Fee for all Spectators and Non-swimmers.
Free admission for Competitors, Coaches & Children Under 8 years
Entry Fees:
$5.00 per event for TM entries which must be sent via your clubs Race Secretary
$7.00 for manual entries not sent using TM
$2.00 per event for 8 and Under Competitors

Late nominations, including nominations on the day, WILL NOT be accepted.
Incomplete entries cannot be processed. Strictly one TM file per club.

Open to all swimmers registered with Swimming Queensland
Nominations are accepted with the understanding that the nominating club ensures that all Competitors
are registered with Swimming Queensland as Competitive Swimmers and that their Date of Birth is
correct and the times that are entered are current.

7yrs & under to 15yrs & over.

This is a “B” Grade Qualifying Meet
Junior Rule Tolerances will apply to all 7yrs & under events
All Swimming Queensland General Rules will apply
Swimmers must register for Events 7 or 8 to be eligible for the “Dash for Cash”
For 200m choice events 59-66- Nominations will only be accepted for one 200m event
per swimmer

Timing:
Semi-automatic Timing, 3 Time keepers per lane - Timekeepers will be required from nominating clubs.
Awards:
Medals will not be awarded for 8yrs or 7yrs & under events, however each swimmer in this age
group will receive a participation certificate.
Medals will not be awarded for multi-choice 200m
Medals will be awarded for the first 3 place getters in each EVENT from 9yrs to 15yrs & over. Age
Champion Towels will be awarded to the swimmer with the highest points total at the end of the meet.
The 11yrs & over 50m Freestyle and the 200m Events do not count towards the age champion points.
Points are awarded as follows: 1st - 5 points, 2nd - 3 points, 3rd - 1 point. In the event of a tie, the
swimmer with the fastest Freestyle Time will be considered the Age Champion.
Food:
Cotton Tree Swimming Club will have a BBQ running all day including breakfast.
The Pool Kiosk will also be open to purchase drinks, chips, lollies etc.
