Louisiana Office of Tourism 2015 Spring Cable Campaign Cover Sheet DEADLINE: Friday, January 16, 2015 at 4:30 p.m. LOT is offering a $1 to $1 partner buy-in opportunity for our 2015 Spring Cable Campaign. Maximum budget for partner buy-ins is $40,000. Spots will be awarded on a first come-first served basis. There are 2 options for creative participation: o Option A – Partner handles production, and adds an art card to the end of your :30 commercial. The art card must include the Louisiana Pick Your Passion logo and URL (www.LouisianaTravel.com). Your logo and URL may also be included on this art card, but the PYP logo and URL must be more prominent. This art card must be on screen for 4-5 seconds. Trumpet can supply the art for this art card if needed. There are no restrictions or requirements on voice over (see example on page 3). o Option B – Trumpet/LOT will handle production and will add an art card to the end of one of our :30 commercials that will include your logo and URL. This art card will be on screen for 4-5 seconds after the PYP logo and URL. Trumpet will design the art card. o Note: an art card is a graphic at the end of the commercial either on a solid background, or over moving picture. Partners are responsible for all production and delivery costs under options A and B. This program is subject to change based on industry participation. PRODUCTION Under Option A – Once the spot is approved by LOT, partners are responsible for delivering the completed spot to Extreme Reach for distribution to media outlets. Extreme Reach specs and instructions will be provided. Under Option B - The estimated cost for Trumpet/LOT to edit one television spot for you is $1,000. This may decrease based on the number of participants. Trumpet will deliver the final spot to Extreme Reach. DELIVERY Extreme Reach SD delivery costs are $12 per spot per station. Extreme Reach HD delivery costs are $95 per spot per station. Partners may submit spots in SD only. If spots are submitted in HD, an SD backup is required, which is an additional $12. INSTRUCTIONS Within the grid on the Order Form, insert the estimated total dollar amount you wish to invest per market (reference the projected per-spot rates in the form when determining budget). Calculate the totals for each market. Return completed form to Misty Shaw via email (mshaw@crt.la.gov) or fax (225-342-1051) by Friday, January 16 at 4:30 p.m. LOT will send confirmation email upon receipt of application.
