Due to a rapid growth, the company
decided to implement an integrated
management solution that would cover all
its business needs, in order to remain a
leader in its sector.
The main objective for the implementation
of this solution was to have a perfect
control of all the branches and a real
integration of all the information. Until
then, Bioacústica had decentralized
software tools that limited its expansion.
Solution
Given the expected growth for the
coming years, Bioacústica needed an
application that would allow it to grow,
not only in opening new retail outlets; the
application had to be a scalable
application
that
allowed
the
incorporation of new features such as
CRM or e-commerce, among others.
Bioacústica decided to implement
Microsoft Business Solutions-Navision
and Excelia Community solution for the
management of 35 centres nationwide;
the implementation was performed by
Excelia.
Once the Excelia Community TPV
solutions with MBS-Navision were
implemented, it was possible to have a
true picture of the company without
phone calls or complex data purification
processes for analysing it.
All this, plus the assurance of continuous
improvement both from MBS-Navision
and Excelia Community based on
Microsoft technology, ensured the
technological future of the investment
made by Bioacústica; the investment has
also been possible due to the
commitment of Microsoft and Excelia to
maintain their standards high and
updated.
The company's main objective is to
