MEMBERSHIP
1.
Membership Fees must be paid by the first or second pull and the
membership will last for one year, March thru November.
2.
The membership fee is $ 40.00 per person and is required for each
person to receive points for their tractor and any other membership
benefits. There will be trophies given for the LAST Wt. class pulled
for non-members. The trophies will be for first and second places in
the last weight classed pulled. You must pull both weight classes
to be eligible for a trophy. The kids class membership dues are
covered under the adult membership. There is a limit of 2 tractors per
member, if a member has more than 2 tractors he/she will have to pay
$10 extra for each tractor that he/she adds. $5.00 per tractor per
weight class.
3.
There will be optional purchase (lease) parking so that you can park
in the space that you want for the year. There will be marked spots
along the fence and if you want to purchase a spot for the year.
The spot that you pick will be $25.00, and you will be able to park in
this spot all year.
4.
Membership goes with driver. If the tractor is sold, points stay with
driver and do not remain with the tractor. The driver can keep his
points that he has accumulated for that class as long as he stays in
the same class.
5.
Members need to register their tractor at the time of the event for
them to receive points, but they are not required to make the pull.
They may sign another driver up to make any pull for them, and still
receive their points as long as they are present.

POINTS SYSTEM:
1.
Points go to the driver only.
2.
Points will only be given if the member, (driver of tractor) has
registered their tractor the night of the event.
3.
Tractors registered and driven by a member that hooks to the sled
and moves it 1 inch will Receive l point for that pull.
4.
Points will be awarded as follows; FIRST PLACE 10 POINTS PLUS 1
POINT FOR HOOK UP, SECOND PLACE 9 POINTS PLUS 1 POINT FOR
HOOK-UP, THIRD PLACE 8 POINTS PLUS 1 POINT FOR HOOK-UP,

PLACE 6 POINTS PLUS 1 POINT FOR HOOK-UP, SIXTH PLACE 5
POINTS PLUS 1 POINT FOR HOOK-UP, SEVENTH PLACE 4 POINTS
PLUS 1 POINT FOR HOOK-UP, EIGHT PLACE 3 POINTS PLUS 1
POINT FOR HOOK-UP, NINTH PLACE 2 POINTS PLUS 1 POINT FOR
HOOK-UP, TENTH PLACE 1 POINT PLUS 1 POINT FOR HOOK-UP.

Each class will receive a trophy at end of pulling year for the most
points. There will be trophies for 1st, 2nd and 3rd places in each
class.
GENERAL RULES:
1.
All tractors must have a seat, fenders, hood, grille or noise piece, and
guard on belts and pulley.
2.
Wheelie bars are required on all tractors.
3.
All tractors must be in good mechanical working order, including
brakes and steering. Steel flywheel will be allowed. After market
gasket will be allowed.

4.
Wheelie Bars:
a. Must consist of two sections with wheels.
b. Wheels should be at least 1" wide and 4" in diameter.
c. Skids plates or wheels shall be no less than 5" behind the rear
most part of the rear tires.
d. Stabilizer bar must be rigid enough to support the weight of the
tractor.
e. Bottom of wheel or skid plate cannot be higher than 6in.
5.
Drawbars:
a. All tractors shall have a draw bar that is stationary in all directions
when pulling with hitch device at least 3/4" thick and no less than
1/4" thick.
b. Must have at least a 1 1/2" diameter hitch hole.
c. Hitch must be parallel to the ground and not more than 13" above
the ground. Nothing can interfere with the hitch or sled chain.
d. All single cylinders may use Chevy points, OEM, and must have
cover over them at all times.
6.
HELMET AND KILL-SWITCH REQUIRED FOR ALL TRACTOR
DRIVERS. KILL -SWITCH MUST BE IN WORKING ORDER.
7.
Weights:
a. Rear weight bracket cannot exceed 24" from the center of the rear
axle to the further most point back.
b. Front weight cannot exceed 96" from the center of the rear axle to
further most point forward.
8.
Shielding:
a. All tractors with clutch must be shielded.
b. All drive belts and chains must be shielded.
9.
Jumping of classes allowed. Jumping up to the next class is allowed
but not going down to the next class.

There will be a 25ft false start line with the option of` re-hook, if front
of the sled does not exceed the 25ft mark. If the front of sled has
crossed the 25 foot line there will be no re-hook allowed.

11.
The first puller in each class has the chance to decline their pull and
pull again in last position he/she has to tell track worker or sled
driver before he/she unhooks or leaves from sled. Puller must then
take the distance of the second pull only.
12.
The association will provide a scale to weigh pulling tractor. All
pullers Weigh-in for each class. All weight classes are the total
weigh of tractor, weights and driver. No more than five pounds
allowed over for the weight class that you are pulling in. If a puller
that is weighting his/her tractor cannot get their weight low enough to
pull in that class (for example 950 class and their weight is 970) then
the other pullers will bring up their weight to 970 lbs to allow them to
pull. Before you hook up to sled you must STOP ON SCALES TO
VERIFY YOUR WEIGHT.
13.
No liquid or weights of any type allowed inside of tires.
14.
IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM WITH ANOTHER PULLER, TAKE IT TO ONE
OF THE OFFICALS.
15.
EVENT PROCEDURES:
a. Line up to pull as your name is called out. You must go across
scales before hooking-up to sled.
b. All tractors will be operated in safe manner at all times. Tractors
are limited to one driver at all times.
c. Driver must remain in seat at all times during the duration of the
pull. Bouncing in the seat is not permitted during the pull. Driver
must keep one hand on the steering wheel at all times during the pull
attempt.
d. Shifting of gears while pulling is not permitted and doing so will
result in disqualification.
e. You will have to pull in at least two times to receive a trophy.
f. When you have completed your pull down the track your return to
your vehicle should on the left side of the track. The right side is
for people to park and watch the pull.

g. There will be no tractors driving back down inside the pulling area.
h. There should not be any people inside the fence pulling area
except the personal that is operating the sled and track.
I. The 25 foot line will be marked.
J. All tractors that make a full pull in their class will have a pull off.
If you make a full pull, YOU MUST GO BACK TO THE SCALES
AND WEIGH IF YOU MAKE A FULL PULL ON YOUR LAST PULL. Each
person that is involved in the pull off will start when the class has
completed their pull. The track crew will setup the sled for pull off.
The only class that will require any pull offs is the last weight class
we pull.
k. We will start pulling on Saturday night and if it rains on that
scheduled Saturday Night we will pull on the next Friday night.
14.
CAUSES FOR DISQUALIFICATIONS:
a. Arguing with officials can/will result in event disqualification. Upon
second occurrence membership can be revoked for one year from
the date of the incident.
b. Any competitor or member of his/her crew found to be under the
influence of an intoxicating alcohol or drug shall be removed from the
premises. He/she could have their membership terminated.
c. Depositing of any equipment or weights on the track during pulling
competition will result in disqualification (breakage excluded).
d. Failure to have all safety equipment in place will result in
disqualification for that event. Must be rechecked at next event.
e. Failure to stop when told by track official (flagman at end of track)
will result in disqualification (except Kids).

15.
PENALTIES:
a. A tractor or puller or both can be placed on temporary suspension.
Possible causes included but limited to; arguing, fighting, alcohol,
drugs, unsportsmanlike conduct, unsafe behavior, and bad language.
b. Suspension can range from one to five weeks.
16.
All rule interpretations shall be made by the ranking committee
members of each pull upon a protest. The rule will be interpreted by
committee members and the decision will be final.
17.
Maximum time between pullers will be 2 minutes. Mechanical
breakdowns will be moved to the last position in the class, if they are
still not ready to compete they will be disqualified from the class.
18.
All tractors using a points ignition system must have a plastic or
metal cover over them. Standard ignition for all twins except stock
altered class.
19.
Drivers under age of 12 must have an adult present. Drivers under 8
must have a supervising Adult walk the track during pull.
20.
All tractors are subject to safety inspection at any time. No portion of
the tractor may interfere with the sled or chain.
21.
No tractor shall exceed 4ft 8" or 56" in length.
22.
Engine may not be structural part of the frame except stock altered,
or unless made from factory.

24.
Judgment calls made by the Three Committee members are final and
cannot be appealed. All grievances are to be directed to the
committee members. If there is judgment call to be made and one of
the Committee members is not present we can use the alter member
that has been appointed by the club if he is needed.

25.
Meetings will be held every quarter to discuss new business
and/or concerns
KIDS CLASS: (UP TO AGE 12)
1.
Juniors pullers will be able to pull under the membership of their
parent or guardian. Age limit for kids class is 12.
2.
If you are 12 and start kids class you must finish the year in kid's
class to keep your points even if you turn 13 during the year. Then
the following year they may move up to the next class.
3.
Kids will pull two rounds, each round will be 1000lb class.
4.
Kids class 8 hp. To 12 hp., must use stock motor and carburetor
(.995 max venture). No jetting carburetors, polishing or shaving
heads. Must be stock OEM PARTS. It is optional to run with air
cleaner. The cam lift max is .325. Walbro Carburetors size is .822.
5.
You have to use AG tires to pull in kid's class. No pulling tires
allowed. No locked rear ends.
6.
Must have a seat with at least 3 inch tall back. We do not want any
kids slipping off of tractor.
7.
There will be trophies given in the kid's in last round pulled for 1st
2nd and 3rd place. (weigh 1000lb).
STOCK CLASSES
10 Hp - 12 Hp SINGLE
14 Hp -16 Hp SINGLE
1.
Factory stock commercially available garden tractor frame with stock
motor. Does not have to be a motor or trans-axle that came in tractor.
Frame can be modified to accept motor or trans-axle. Front axle may
be moved forward but cannot exceed 56" wheelbase.

2.
No high performance alterations to engine or other parts of tractor.
Stock available, unaltered replacements parts for that size engine
only for the following: camshaft (kohler-18 hp factory cam
acceptable), pistons, valves, rods, crankshaft, carburetor, and
cylinder head (head can be shaved to the Fingernail rule). You can
use ignition system fuel Pumps or electric pumps. You can run 30
Carburetor 1.17 max. Walbro carburetors size 10hp-12hp is 1.07 1.17" max and 14hp-16hp is 1.07 -1.20" max.
3.
Maximum block size is .030 over standard specs. And stock rod.
4.
No locked rear-ends.
5.
Governor control can be removed or unhooked.
6.
No intake block standoff can be used, but you can use velocity
stacks on carburetor.
7.
Stabilizer bar must be used between wheelie bars. If stock hitch is
altered, max height is 13 ".
8.
Rear tire max size 26 x 12 x 12. You can run Lawn Tec., Cepeks, Turf
Ag or Bar, Cut/uncut tires. No straight bar tires. Aluminum rims are
allowed.
9.
You can use regular, high test, methanol, racing fuel only. No Nitrous
oxide, Methane other additives to fuel.
10.
You can pull two rounds weighing 1150 lbs. There will be Trophies
given for 1st and 2nd places in the last weight class that is pulled.
STOCK TWINS & HIGH TWINS
18 HP -20 HP LOW TWINS
21 HP -23 HP MEDIUM TWINS
24 HP -27 HP HI TWINS
1.
On all twin classes you must have minimum of 1/ 16" steel, 1/8"
aluminum, or factor cover over the top half of the flywheel. You will
have 15 days from the date of the first pull to Get this completed.

2.
Engine - components must remain in original position. Must have
cast iron or steel flywheel.
3.
Maximum engine displacement for LOW TWINS 18 HP TO 20 HP
CLASS.
a. Low Twins, MUST be stock engine.
4.
Maximum engine displacement for MEDIUM TWINS 21HP TO 23HP
CLASS
a. Medium Twins can run a big cam, big springs, and velocity stack
on carburetor. No Billet parts in motor. You can port and polish head.
Carburetors used must be stock single barrel or two barrel.
Carburetor venture 1.125 max.
5.
No fuel injection, no super or turbo chargers, must be naturally
aspirated. Airflow must be controlled by throttle shaft actuated
butterfly. No air may enter intake port after the throttle shaft actuated
butterfly.
6.
Max tire size is 26 x l2 x l2, and max wheelbase is 56 inches. You can
use pulling tire or Cut tires. You can use aluminum rims. This
applies for all Twin cylinders classes.
7.
Medium and High Twins can run adjustable push-rods.
8.
Max CAM LIFT IS 275 for Medium and High Twin, measure for push
rod or lifters. There will be no cutting of the block in MID,OR HIGH
TWINS. If the bottom of the cylinders are cut, you will have to run
in the Altered Class. 1/2” valve cover spacers are allowed, no
aftermarket valve covers.
9.
Hi-Twins can run a big cam, big springs, and shave heads. No billet
parts in motor (except You can use billet retainers for big valve
springs). Carburetor jets can be bored (for fuel purposes only),
Venturi altered and velocity stack used. You can port and polish
heads. You can use hydraulic or solid lifters with big cam.

You can use regular, high test, racing fuel, or methanol mixture in all
twin classes. You Cannot use Nitrous oxide, Methane, or put
additives in your fuel.
11.
Low/Medium Twin/Hi-Twin, You will pull two rounds weighing 1150
lbs.
BIG BLOCK;
27 hp - 35hp twin cylinder
1.
On twin classes you must have minimum of 1/ l 6 in steel, 1/8"
aluminum, or factor cover over the top half of the flywheel. You will
have 15 days from date of the first pull to get this completed.
2.
Engine components must remain in original position. Must have cast
iron or steel flywheel.
3.
Maximum engine displacement for STOCK BIG BLOCK TWINS 27HP35HP
4.
No fuel injection, no super or turbo chargers, must be naturally
aspirated. Airflow must be controlled by throttle shaft actuated
butterfly. No air may enter intake ports after the throttle shaft
actuated butter fly.
5.
Max tire size is 26 x 12 x l2, and max wheelbase is 56 inches. You can
use pulling tire or cut tires. You can use aluminum rims. This
applies for all twin cylinders classes.
6.
Big Block twins can run a big cam, big springs, and shave heads. No
billet parts in motor (except you can use billet retainers for big value
springs). Carburetor jets can be bored (for fuel purposes only).
Venturi altered and velocity stack can be used. You can port and
polish heads. You can use hydraulic or solid litters with big cam.
You can have one single barrel carburetor or one two barrel
carburetor.
7.
You can use regulator, high test, racing fuel, or methanol mixture in
your fuel.
8.
Big block, You will pull two rounds weighing 1l50lb.

STOCK ALTERED CLASSES
14 HP -18 HP SINGLE .
TWIN CYLINDER ENGINES
DRIVER HAS TO BE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OF AGE
1.
Any altered twin engine over 48 cubic inches will be in stock altered
class.
2.
You can polish carburetor and bore jets.
3.
Porting and polishing, steel flywheel allowed. Shaved heads is
allowed and Chevy points (single altered only). Must have cover over
points.
4.
You can use billet parts, rod and bearing, crankshaft, high
performance cam, in both SINGLE AND TWIN ALTERED CLASS.
5.
Oversize valves are allowed and you can port & polish. HD valve
springs are allowed.
6.
You can use racing fuel or methanol, (NO NITRO METHANE )
7.
Kill switch(must be working) and Helmet is required in these classes.
8.
Single stock altered you pull two rounds weighing 1150 lbs. Twin
stock altered you pull two rounds weighing 1150 lbs.
9.
Stock alter Block Size is limited to (25 hp blocks).
MODIFIED CLASSES
0 - 750 CC MOTOR CYCLE ENGINE - low
751 - 1200 CC MOTOR CYCLE ENGINE - high
DRIVER HAS TO BE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OF AGE
1.
Kill switch(must be working) and Helmet is required when pulling in
these classes.
2.
There will be two weight classes for the modified tractor. Modified
weight vary according to what pullers agree on. Normally around
1300 lbs. The will be for the trophy in each weight class.
3.
All overhead cams will pull in low or high modified classes.

All engines with push rods have to pull in stock alter class.
5.
Low modified class will pull two rounds at 1300 lbs.
6.
High modified class will pull two rounds at 1400 lbs.
OPPOSED CLASS TWINS
18 HP- 20 HP TWINS
1.
On this twin class you must have minimum of 1/I 6" steel, 1/ 8"
aluminum, or factor cover over the top half of the flywheel.
2.
Engine components must remain in original position. Must have cast
Iron or steel flywheel.
3.
You can run a big cam, big springs, and velocity stack on carburetor.
No Billet parts in motor. You can port and polish head. Carburetors
used must be stock single or two barrel. Carburetor Venturi l" max.
4.
No fuel injection, no super or turbo chargers, must be naturally
aspirated. Airflow must be controlled by throttle butterfly. No air may
enter intake port after the throttle shaft actuator butterfly.

pulling tire or cut tires. You can use aluminum rims.

You can use regular high test, racing fuel, or methanol mixture in this
class. You cannot Use Nitrous oxide, Methane, or put additives in
your fuel.

You will pull two rounds weighing 1150 lbs.

PROTESTING:
1.
$150.00 PROTEST FEE. YOU CAN NOT BACK PROTEST!!!!
2.
Protesting means you must be in 2nd place to protest 1st place. If
you are 3rd you will have to protest 2nd place man. You can only
protest the man in front of you. Protest can be during any
weight classes pulled. If you are protested during the any weight
class, you will have to park your tractor in marked off area. No one
will allowed in this area except the Tec personnel and driver or
designated person. There will be only one person per tractor. The
tractor will be parked in the protest area. The Tec-men will check
hitch height, carburetor size, weight, heads, bore, stroke, cam lift of
the motor. The Tec men decision is final on all protest that is made.
3.
If you are found legal you will get $100.00 back for reassembly to
your tractor. The $50 goes to the track.
4.
If you are found illegal you will lose your points for that pull. You may
not pull in that class again until the tech person deems you legal. A
committee member or Tec person can inspect your tractor anytime.
