PART C: EXPRESSION OF INTEREST QUESTIONS
Please answer each question below. The total length of Part C should not exceed 10 pages.
Strategic Alignment (20%)
Describe the approach or model for which your collaboration is seeking funding. How does this
model address the problem statement and call to action described in the Expression of Interest?
Describe the specific profile of targeted youth who will be reached, the key project elements and
the types of market opportunities that it addresses. Also summarize any results and/or evaluation
findings that have been conducted to date and describe how it can be scaled.
Capabilities (40%) Please refer to Eligibility Criteria in the Expression of Interest Document.
Capabilities of the lead applicant: 20%
Provide an overview of your organization’s capabilities to manage large-scale, complex stakeholder
initiatives. Describe how your organization will manage the implementation of this program,
addressing each of the relevant dimensions involved in your proposed project model.
Capabilities of technical partners: 20%
Provide a description of the collaboration’s partners, highlighting their past experience relevant to
your proposed model as well as the value they add to the project.
Strengths of Collaboration (20%)
Describe the anticipated governance model and project management structure. Provide a
description of the way the collaboration will operate. Describe the role of the partners in the
project and previous working relationships.
Sustainability (10%)
Provide a description of the steps that will be taken by the collaboration’s partners to ensure the
long-term sustainability of your proposed model.
Potential for Learning (10%)
Provide a description of your proposed approach to data collection, program monitoring and
knowledge sharing, as well as previous experience working with a Learning Partner. Describe how
young people will be engaged throughout the process.
Budget
Please provide a breakdown of the overall cost of the project, including number of years, expected
reach and anticipated budget allocation to staffing, professional fees and program specific
expenses.
