HOMEMADE CHEST RUB
Ingredients:



1/4 cup coconut oil
5-6 drops Thieves essential oil
5-6 drops Lemon essential oil
5-6 drops Peppermint essential oil
*Alternate oils in place of Thieves:
Purification, R.C. Lavender, Eucalyptus
Directions:
Stir coconut oil and essential oils together
until very well mixed.
To Use:
Apply to chest, below nose and alongside
nose- take care to avoid eyes. I also
suggest putting this on the bottom of your
feet and then slipping on some socks –
trust me!
This rub is safe to apply as needed
throughout the day.
*Store in a glass jar when using citrus oils
This mixture will melt in hot temperatures, I
keep mine in the bathroom and it has only
softened very little.
INVIGORATING SHOWER BOMBS
Ingredients
1 cup Baking Soda
1/4 cup of water
10-15 drops of Young Living Essential Oils
Directions:
1. Add the baking soda to a bowl and slowly add
the water while stirring constantly.
2. Add your essential oils and mix together.
3. When you grab a handful of the paste, it should
hold its shape when you squeeze it in your hand.
4. Fill your molds with the paste. Pack them down
tightly.
5. Bake them at 200 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes.
Let cool completely.
6. Carefully remove from molds and store in an air
tight container. Humidity will cause them to break
down. Should be good up to a few weeks if
stored correctly.
To Use:
When your shower calls for a bomb of oils, place on the
floor of the shower, out of the intense spray, and enjoy!
