The Physics Department at Pittsburg State University invites applications for a tenure-track Assistant Professor position to begin August 2013.
Position Duties and Responsibilities: The successful candidate is expected to establish a research program in cooperation with Pittsburg State University’s polymer initiative, teach undergraduate and graduate physics courses, direct graduate student research at the MS level, and serve on Departmental, College, and University committees.
Required Qualification: Ph.D. in condensed matter physics or a closely related area
Preferred Qualification: Experience in Polymer Physics
