 Review of last minutes
LM – asked about the uptake of FSM. BM asked if parents know that they can order a
jacket potato.
Action point from last meeting – all pudding are not cake, confirmed with Sam May
and Hayley Butler.
BM updated the meeting on the changes planned for the toilets
SR- Asked about storage for toddler group and about moving the musical
instruments. LM asked about using the under stairs as storage for toddler group
Website – planned calendar to go on website
 Communication
Some parents still not having texts – parents to come to office.
LM suggested that parent forum reps should put a little pen portrait goes out for
every rep. Action: SR and LM arrange with other reps and send to office.
 Collective Worship
Open the Book- Action – invite parents to OTB and put information on the website.
Celebration Worship – SR suggested another day so that BM could attend. LM
suggested Thursday and NB cover with BM. Action: BM to arrange with NB
 Parents meetings
Parents seem to feel happy, but comments back to reps to see if we can improve
further.
 Information events
Attendance was quite poor.
BM said school planning a phonics morning.
SR asked about having maths for KS2 and handwriting events
 Toddler Group
SR asked how staff felt about the toddler group. BM noted that staff happy.
Arrangements were discussed. The meeting looked at new adults to run the group
and thought about ideas for fundraising. SR offered to set up in the morning. Action:
BM to speak to IN and look for other volunteers to set up.
 Joint meeting
BM to arrange at the midpoint of the year.
 Ideas
Class /school photo at the end of year. Action: BM to speak to Ros Whistance
BM to follow up on Year 2 homework – question on what had been sent out this half
term.
Travel home with staff members was discussed and BM to look into H&S relating to
signing on the clipboard.
