LFA products and services include 401 (k) plans, IRAs , annuities, financial planning, estate planning and
wealth management.
Position Overview
Lewer Financial Advisors offers an exceptional opportunity for a sales/customer focused individual. We
provide a warm book of business leads through our existing nationwide customer base of Franchisees
and Dealers across a variety of industries including flooring, oil and gas and convenience stores.. LFA
offers personalized financial solutions based on the unique financial needs and objectives of our clients.
You have an opportunity to build a solid book of business which offers strong income potential. This
role starts out as a hybrid Account Manager/Financial Advisor role but has the potential to grow into a
full time Financial Advisor role that offers the potential for a six figure income and for the successful
performer, an opportunity for profit sharing with our company.

Essential Job Functions

Maintains and strengthens relationships with key clients.











Analyzes financial information obtained from clients to determine strategies for helping clients
meet their financial objectives.
Answers clients’ questions about the purposes and details of financial products, services and
strategies.
Contacts clients periodically to determine if there have been changes in their financial status.
Explains and documents for clients the types of services that are to be provided, and the
responsibilities to be taken by the personal financial professional.
Interviews clients to determine their current income, expenses, insurance coverage, tax status,
financial objectives, risk tolerance, and other information needed to develop a suitable financial
strategy.
Works closely with sales staff to increase financial products sales.
Assist marketing and product development staff in developing and launching new products.
Manages account documentation (i.e., proposals, agreement letters, reinsurance contracts,
policy changes, endorsements, cancellations, etc.).
Provides information for regulatory compliance (i.e., statutory filings, proof of insurance,
certificates, etc.).
Assists in the identification and implementation of technology such as CRM systems, Portfolio
Management and other back office systems.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications/Requirements





Minimum 2 years experience supporting the sale of financial products
Knowledge of financial services including: Life insurance, annuities, pensions, investment
products, and retirement-related services
State Life and Health insurance license
Background in sales and/or sales support
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or related field; or equivalent education
and experience is desired.
Strong analytical, organizational and time management skills
Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
Strong problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Ability to multi-task under deadline
Effective use of Microsoft Office Products






Other:
 FINRA Series 7, Series 65/66 highly desired
 Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus
