divers, lending to the development of
an effective therapeutic approach to
your needs. Such a comprehensive
awareness, allows our clients to
benefit from current advances made
in the various mental health
disciplines.
Our services include consultation,
evaluation, testing, and treatment in
an outpatient setting. These services
include treatment for a wide range of
mental health diagnoses, addictions,
marital and family issues, and
symptoms prompted by stress
and/or life transitions.

Who We Serve……..
Ideal candidates are
individuals who are 18 years
and older with behavioral
health concerns.
What To Expect…….
We provide a group therapy based program
consisting of 2-3 groups daily. Some of the
groups may focus on:



About the Program…..
Mental Health Intensive Outpatient
Program (IOP) is short term, group
based day program designed to meet the
needs of individuals seeking support in
their recovery.
The program is focused on helping
individuals who have a primary mental
health diagnosis and who are either
stepping down from an acute inpatient
hospitalization, partial hospitalization or
are stepping up from an outpatient level
of care.
Individuals begin attending the program
three (3) days a week, three (3) hours
per day and will gradually taper down as
deemed appropriate by the treatment
team and the individual.







health
Wellness recovery
Healthy relationships
Assertiveness training
Self-care
Mindfulness
Goal planning
Individual therapy sessions will occur on a
weekly basis in addition to the group
sessions. Family support and meetings are
also available on an as needed basis.
A psychiatric evaluation will occur within
the first (3) days of the program and then
the individual will continued to be
monitored while in the program.
Treatment also includes coordination of
care with outpatient medical providers as
well as discharge planning.
Referrals to the program
We welcome referrals from physicians,
healthcare professionals, agencies,
families, and self-referrals. Please call

All individuals referred to the program
will receive an initial assessment by a
mental health professional. Program
rules, a tour as well as meeting the staff
will occur during the initial intake
assessment.
Most insurance plans play for the
program or an individual may choose to
pay out of pocket for their treatment.
